How to Make a creative image

How to make a creative image using PicsArt 

Step 1- go to Google Chrome and type natural bokeh background and choose any of the image which you like

I have selected this image 

Step 2- Type rope png on Chrome and download png image of rope

I have selected this image

Step 3- download this png image of minion 

I have selected this image

step 4- now open PicsArt and select the first image which you have downloaded

Step 5- cut this image in 3:4 ratio

Step 6- now add png image of rope and atjust accordingly 

Step 7- now add minion image and resize it and atjust it 

Step 8- Now with eraser erase a bit as shown in below image

Step 9 - now do some colour correction according to your choice and save the image
